We have been coming to Patti’s condo for a few years, never been disappointed. Great location for beach, shopping and eating. She had made renovations (king bed and more space for clothing) that were appreciated. We will be back in the fall.

We had a wonderful stay at Patti's place in Hilton Head. It was a lovely condo, and so convenient to the beach and restauarants/shops. We'd love to come back in the future!

This is our second time in one of Patti's condos, perfect location and host. When we come back to Hilton Head we will again plan our vacation in one of her condos.

Everything about Patti’s place was perfect for our first trip to Hilton Head. The home and location made for a fantastic, lowkey beach vacation. This home has the BEST view.

Nice solid place right on the beach. Fits 2 people well more would be cramped. Nice to have a comfy bed and a balcony with nice chairs to sit. Great to have a dishwasher and a washer dryer. Furniture was nice with enough decorations to make it nice without clutter. Hot water for shower was limited so you had to be quick with your shower. Nice to have an elevator.

Great condo – very clean and easy to get to. It is on the third floor, but the elevator goes there from the parking lot. Across the street is a very nice shopping area with restaurants and boutiques. There is an entrance to the beach right from the condo complex.

This condo is PERFECT for location. Walkable to great restaurants and private access to the beach. Patti was really quick to answer on our first questions. No issues with checking in, easy to access, everything was as described. View is great! It would be a tight fit for more than a couple, but everything was so clean and the bed was comfy! We would 100% stay again. Great place!

The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The balcony view was amazing! Lots of shops and restaurants just across the street, as well as a grocery store, very convenient. We would definitely stay at Patti’s place again!
