Good to know

The condo is direct oceanfront. You can sit and have breakfast and watch the ocean. Work from home has an entirely new meaning when you work on the balcony looking at the ocean! There is no one above you so sit outside at night and watch the stars!

The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The balcony view was amazing! Lots of shops and restaurants just across the street, as well as a grocery store, very convenient. We would definitely stay at Patti’s place again!

THE BALCONY!! Having stayed in HHI a number of times, nothing has matched the peacefulness from this balcony! The location is fantastic, being across the street from Coligny Plaza (shops/restaurants). The unit is very clean, with adequate kitchen utensils & cookware for breakfast making and in general just the right size place for two people. The only honest drawback is the mattress is oversized for the frame, making it feel downhill if you are close to the edge of the bed. Great place to stay with maybe the best proactive entry information and ease of access experienced!

Had a wonderful stay at Patti’s in Hilton Head. Easily walkable to food and shopping in Coligney Plaza, and easy walk to the beach. I’ve stayed at other rooms in breakers and this is my favorite!
