We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always met our expectations. Great location. Instructions always communicated to us in manner we can understand. Looking forward to our next stay in March. Patti is great host.

The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The balcony view was amazing! Lots of shops and restaurants just across the street, as well as a grocery store, very convenient. We would definitely stay at Patti’s place again!

THE BALCONY!! Having stayed in HHI a number of times, nothing has matched the peacefulness from this balcony! The location is fantastic, being across the street from Coligny Plaza (shops/restaurants). The unit is very clean, with adequate kitchen utensils & cookware for breakfast making and in general just the right size place for two people. The only honest drawback is the mattress is oversized for the frame, making it feel downhill if you are close to the edge of the bed. Great place to stay with maybe the best proactive entry information and ease of access experienced!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. The view is beautiful. This is a good place for a couple but would not be big enough for more than two people. The location cannot be beat. You are right on the beach and the restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed Patti's place right on the beach! Absolutely beautiful view. I would have loved to have enjoyed the patio more, but some neighbors were smoking all the time and I couldn't handle it. BUT it is a non smoking facility, so reach out and say something. Anyway, Patti was great and will totally consider this spot again when traveling!

Had a wonderful stay at Patti’s in Hilton Head. Easily walkable to food and shopping in Coligney Plaza, and easy walk to the beach.
I’ve stayed at other rooms in breakers and this is my favorite!

Great location and wonderful condo on the beach. When we arrived the condo was spotless nd clean. If you down want to drive anywhere this is the place to stay. Everything Ian short walk, golf cart shuttle or Uber away. Beach was beautiful and the condo was equipped with chairs, an umbrella in a cooler. Everything you need. We’ll stay here again if available.
